Social Media Community Manager

We are looking for community manager with experience in customer service. The ideal candidate would be a proactive and responsible team player who can manage a team to lead a positive narrative related to the brand perceptions of a few world renowned brands within local social media community groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
  • Creating and handle content in various forms for online Content Marketing
  • Coordinating with internal team and client on project goals
  • Monitoring, analyzing and reporting to meet KPIs

Minimum Requirements

  • Knowledgeable about usage of Social Media
  • Ability to create content and respond to customer inquiries in both Sinhala and English
  • Ability to multitask while paying attention to detail
  • Ability to work on strict deadlines
